My Happy Weekend

Last weekend was one of the happiest times for me. On Saturday morning, I woke up early and had a delicious breakfast with my family. After that, we went to the park. The weather was sunny and warm, perfect for outdoor activities. We played frisbee together, laughed a lot, and enjoyed the fresh air. It felt great to spend time with my parents and siblings.

In the afternoon, I visited my best friend, Lily. We spent hours reading our favorite books under the big tree in her backyard. She showed me some new English words she learned recently, and we practiced saying them out loud. Learning together made it fun!

On Sunday, I helped my mom bake cookies. We mixed ingredients, rolled dough, and decorated the cookies with colorful sprinkles. They tasted so yummy! Later, I cleaned my room because I wanted to keep it tidy. Even though cleaning wasn’t as exciting as playing outside, it gave me a sense of accomplishment.

After dinner, I watched an interesting movie with my family. The story was about friendship and courage, which taught me important lessons. Before going to bed, I wrote down all the things I did during the weekend in my diary. Writing always helps me remember happy moments clearly.

This weekend reminded me how wonderful life can be when you share it with loved ones and try new things. I hope every weekend is just as enjoyable!
